- Extra bed will be charged @ ₹ 4,000 inclusive of taxes per night for an adult and ₹ 3,000 inclusive of taxes per night for a kid between 6 to 12 years at Kumarakom Lake Resort and Forte Kochi.
- Extra bed will be charged @ ₹ 6,500 inclusive of taxes per night per adult and ₹ 4,500 per night per kid between 6 to 12 year at the houseboat.
- Children below 6 years of age sharing the room without an extra bed will be accommodated without any additional cost.
- For a 5-night package, a minimum of two nights' stay in Forte Kochi is required.
